I keep having a dream of a house ive never been too but look so familiar?

i keep having a dream of a house on a bunch of rocks near a lake, the house was made out of glass and white wood, there was a garden thingy with grapes growing on the vines, i had a dream that i was in this big metal ball that was a sauna, there were several men in there including my dad and they were hypnotized i got scared so i got out there was a little bench out side where i dont know how but i just woke up on ( in the dream) and i turned the pillow and there was blood.

any help? please! its so angonizing.
